Nicole and her team did an amazing job selling my house. From first contact to final sale, they managed the whole process seamlessly. Their expertise in my neighbourhood, advice on what to do to make my house more marketable, along with updates on current market trends were excellent. There was great regular communication, and any questions I had were answered quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything that was pitched to us at our initial meeting fell very short of the expectations that the agent set. Nicole worked more for the buyer than us. We were disappointed with the end result and our agent did not work hard for us to achieve more. As soon as a figure was put forward as a proposed pricing on our home, Nicole did not even hesitate to close that deal regardless of that price being $200K less than what we wanted. She had agreed that what we had hoped to achieve was absolutely possible. Yet five days later, we were pressured to lower our price significantly. Once negotiations commenced, it was apparent that she had the interests of the buyer as her priority as she was hoping to be selling his home too. We were shocked that she was even suggesting that we disconnect our internet prior to settlement so that the buyer could connect. No doubt, he will be giving her five stars, but we were sorely disappointed and will not be choosing this agent for future property endeavours.
