We were very pleased to purchase our new home from Nicole and her team. Nicole answered all our queries promptly and professionally. She made the whole process very smooth. We really appreciated her willingness to show the house to us a number of times. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
Agents like Nicole are few and far between!! From the buyers perspective, her absolute professionalism, honesty, transparency and ability to engage with all members of our family on a personal level was amazing and truly appreciated. In what was a stressful, emotional and demanding time for us was certainly made calm and a lot easier by Nicole. We can not speak highly enough of Nicole and would have no hesitation in recommending her.
Nicole made selling our home possible with her impeccable knowledge and professionalism from start to finish. We would not have wanted anyone else to get us through the stressful time of selling a house as Nicole is the best in her field.
Twice in a row now Nicole has delivered on her promise and met our expectations, with a fast and seamless sale.
Nicole was always prompt in returning calls, very knowledgeable about the property, very polite and understood our needs as a purchacer and assisted us with acheiving our price point. She also acted very professionally with a very difficult vendor.
Nicole was an absolute breath of fresh air on a journey that was quite daunting, especially in the current Real Estate season. She was extremely warm and genuine, as well as professional, immaculately presented, and had a great eye for detail. Nicole was so respectful of both sellers and buyers in the process, and followed through on everything that she said she would do. We couldn't recommend her more highly to people embarking on the property journey. For us, she was a shining star and we will definitely be returning to her for future business. Nicole has earned our trust, and also that of other people we know who have had the same experience with her. 5 Star Service with a smile.
This is the third property my Family has had Nicole as the agent representing and she would have to be the best agent we have dealt with for both purchasing and selling a property. She really does care for the outcome of both the vendor and purchaser and tirelessly goes above and beyond to achieve it! If you want an Agent you can really trust - Nicole is it!
This is the second time we came back to the Real estate agent seller Nicole Carter. Best-selling agent in Gold Coast, highly recommended. If you ever need to sell your property in a flash for the right price, she is the only one to look for.
Nicole made the process of purchasing a home very easy and stress free. Nicole was always available to answer any queries and progress the buying process. Nicole was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicole when considering either the sale or purchase of real estate.
