We've had the pleasure of working with Nicole a few times now as buyer and seller, and she's just a great communicator. No stress, nothing is an issue and she attacks everything with a gorgeous positive smile. I can't compare her to another agent - we've never used anyone else!

We used Nicole to sell a property we developed through a small sub-division. Nicole found a suitable buyer very quickly and even though council took over 12 months to complete the sub-division, Nicole was brilliant at liaising between the buyers, solicitors, valuers and ourselves to keep everyone updated and satisfied. Even through a complex sale like this one, Nicole made it run smoothly.
