Nicole demonstrated outstanding communication and professionalism throughout the purchase of our property. We had a smooth transition from making an offer to finally the settlement of our home. We have been very happy with Nicole and would highly recommend her as your agent as she will work hard to get the best results.
I just purchased a house from Nicole. Nicole is a professional agent with knowledgable skills in presenting properties to their best extent. She is very good at negotiating and I enjoyed her being an opponent by playing hard with me. I would definitely use Nicole as my selling agent and recommend her to my friends around.
I was very happy with nicole and the process of buying the property.
Nicole was great to deal with & I felt confident she would sell our beautiful house. Her knowledge of the local area was outstanding and I found her available at all times for questions.
Nicole's strengths are her local knowledge and her communication. She was prompt and friendly in responding to our questions. Nicole has been representing the Reedy Creek community for many years and really knows the local environment. Highly recommended.
Very happy with the service, Nicole’s professionalism and the outcome.
Nicole is an amazing agent, professional, honest and got us the exact price we hoped for. She was very easy to work with and made everything flow perfectly we would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home 👌
Ok, stop harassing me about doing a review for an agent that I did not choose, it’s stupid!
We are completely satisfied with the 5 star service from Nicole and her team. We attempted to sell our house for 5 months with another agent. Upon switching to Nicole she was able to sell the house within 8 days and get us a figure we where happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else as I'm confident they will get the same level of service me and my wife received. She removed all our uncertainty and anxiousness with her hands in approach. Looking forward to buying a house from her in the coming years. Thanks Nicole!
Nicole made our selling experience so easy. She knew the market and our area so well that it made selling so much more effortless. She always kept us up to date through the whole process. Would highly recommend Nicole if your looking at selling.
Nicole was very professional and offered amazing service from start to finish. Even when we hit some bumps along the road, her professionalism and reassuring manner was outstanding. Thank you Nicole.
Best experience ever. Would definitely recommend Nic to anyone on the Gold Coast. Excellent communication, industry knowledge, and very very professional.
