We couldn't recommend Nicole's services higher, from the initial enquiry, to settlement, Nicole handled the whole process personally and professionally. Having dealt with other agents previously on other matters and been left disappointed, we were so thankful to have had Nicole handling the agency and working with us to secure our home. Thank you Nicole you made it happen.
Such Devotion to OUR HAPPINESS and making sure that WE were Satisfied with OUR Selection . Cannot PRAISE Nicole Highly Enough for Her Diligance .
I was very impressed with the way ReMax sold our property. Nicole and her colleague, Susie, were both very friendly and helpful and sold our home within 24 hours.
After having our house on the market for 3 months with a different agent and only a couple of viewings. We changed to Nicole and her team. Lots of viewings and house was sold pretty quick. We are interstate sellers and everything went well. Thank you Nicole Carter. Would recommend her and Remax to anyone.
Nicole was outstanding, she is very active in the Observatory and knows the market exeptionaly well. As a agent from another agency said to me " you would be making a big mistake not to go with Nicole". Her team were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process. We had a great result and would definitely use Nicole again if required.
Nicole was extremely professional throughout the whole process and kept us up to date with any developments, I would not hesitate in recommending Nicole to other potential clients, really was a great result in a short timeframe.
We found Nicole to be extremely helpful. Moving from Sydney up to Queensland is a logistical pain, however Nicole has been extremely helpful at all times, going above and beyond what one would expect of a Real Estate Agent. We have always found her to be helpful and most importantly she was always more than happy to answer any question big or small. Thank you very much Nicole.
Very professional. Nice to work with. Definitely recommend to families and friends. Best agent on The Observatory!
Nicole managed both our purchase And sale. All went through seamlessly. Thank you
Nicole has been our agent on more than one occasion, and each time she has shown patience and pure professionalism. We had full confidence in her abilities to sell our home at the right price, and can not recommend her highly enough. Jill &Craig O Reedy Creek. Qld
This is the first time we buy property from Nichole and Remax. Nichole has been very transparent and open from the very beginning. We could see that she has been really trying to look after the best interest for both the vendor and the buyer eventhough she is a seller's agent. We like her warm attitude in communication and her passion in doing her job. Now their rent team has taken care of the rental business of the property and they are friendly, efficient and with great market knowledge. We managed to save a lot of start up cost by their recommendation of insurance police provider, aircon retail seller and even tradesperson in sorting out the property we just purchased. Nicole and Remax is a great team and we will highly recommend her and her team to our friends and family.
Thanks Nicole for facilitating the sale of our new house and the purchase of our dream home. Couldn't have done it without you. All the best Rob and Carrie-Anne
