We bought our current home off Nicole 7 years ago and happened to go to an inspection for a house she was selling. We ended up buying that house and also engaged Nicole to sell our current house. Nicole is quick to respond and get answers where required from all parties. I would happily engage Nicole for any future sales/purchases.

As someone who has sold a few homes previously I was unsure whether we should try someone new to sell our home but I am so glad we did choose Nicole. Right from the start I was extremely impressed with her excellent communication skills and her knowledge and advice to get the best price for our home. It also gave us great confidence in knowing that Nicole and her husband Murray own McGrath Southport and have a great team of people working with them. Nicole did exactly what she promised she would do and that was to get us a great result. We would like to thank her and her team sincerely. We could not recommend them highly enough.
