Reluctant sale

We were very saddened to have to sell our home but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to move on after some significant renovations as well. Nicole was very understanding and was able to take a hard line with buyers and negotiated a good price for us. We certainly were not the easiest of customers so her patience, processes and constant check ins were invaluable at a tough time in our lives.
