Above ask price in a slowing market, could not have asked for any better result.

Nichole and her team got us above ask price in a market we could see loosing momentum quickly. Originally offered an old market price which was also above ask Nichole and her team advised still to go to market. We were worried at start as we were seeing the market slow quickly but after our fist open they brought us a better offer. Not the smoothest ride to unconditional in regards to solicitor dropping ball a little but Nichole applies the best pressure on them to get the job done.
