Hard working and approachable

Nicole provided excellent service from start to finish, and kept me in the loop with what was happening while having a caring ear for my needs. There are lots of dodgy agents out there but Nicole is one of the good ones who cares about her work, knows that she has to understand the needs of the purchaser and the seller, and works hard without complaint. Highly recommended.
