not very impressed
I wasn't very impressed by Nicole. Her negotiation on behalf of the owner was woeful - if I'd been the owner I would've been very disappointed with her 'we only negotiate with one buyer at a time' policy - and she was abrupt and not very helpful to us as buyers.

Hi Jane, Thank you for your feedback. Our one buyer at a time policy is actually designed to prevent and protect both purchasers and vendors from engaging in a "guzumping" situation. I am sorry that you didn't understand that at the time. I know that our vendor in this sale strongly believed in treating the buyers fairly. He was also thrilled with the price he received for his property and the assistance that I was able to provide to help you purchase machinery from him.
