I’ve been handing out Nicole’s name like lollies but struggled to find the mental real estate to write the review she so deserves. Having sold before in different markets and overseas, I was nervous selling in the Australian high market where everyone seemed to want to buy my listing, confusing fees, some agents could at times appear disingenuous.
