Stress free - fun. Words I never thought I’d use!

I’ve been handing out Nicole’s name like lollies but struggled to find the mental real estate to write the review she so deserves. Having sold before in different markets and overseas, I was nervous selling in the Australian high market where everyone seemed to want to buy my listing, confusing fees, some agents could at times appear disingenuous. Some didn’t even do market research they just thought showing up in a suit and a smile - late would do the trick. I found Nicole, Frankly to be honest, genuine - well prepared and gave me a fair and reasonable expectation of price and time on market which was within my own expectations.
