We were very particular on engaging the right agent to sell our property, we interviewed a number and were taken by Nicole's professional approach and past record. As we were out of the country during the marketing and sales period communication was imperative. Nicole kept us very well informed and up to date on all developments. Her knowledge of the market, credibility and communication throughout the process was shown with an excellent result but... her negotiation skills as the vendors agent excel. Nicole not only fended off price reductions post builders reports she also managed to achieve a sale above the asking price. What more can I say, interview other agents but good luck if you can find better. What more could you want from your agent. Nicole did everything possible to ensure we were happy with the end result. No corners were cut and no stone was left unturned. And she worked very hard given that our property had some special/difficult characteristics. I should say that we were overseas for nearly all of the sales process. In fact, I chose to partner with Nicole without meeting her face to face. Such was my level of comfort with her engagement with me in the early stages.
