First and foremost Nicole created a great experience, she managed every detail of the process from organizing advertising, dealing with our tenants (which was very helpful) and managing the multiple client requests. In the end we had three serious buyers and Nicole worked with them to get the absolute maximum price possible which was more than we "hoped for".
