Nicole is a great agent. Friendly, professional and effecient. A buyer was found quicker than expected and all things related to marketing and sales were done suprerbly. Settlement was delayed by over a month due to malicious damage to the property pre~settlement. There was a lot of extra work for Nicole due to this.
