There was a hiccup with the initial purchaser but this was diffused by her and I felt confident throughout the whole process. Every question or query we had was answered straight away. Anything she was unsure of she found out for us and promptly replied the same day. Nicole even helped us secure a rental leading up to putting the house on the market. Which was a huge relief to us. She sold the house the same day as the home open, well over what we expected.
