Great Result in a Challenging Market

We put our Burwood residence to market with a set auction date (mid 2022) which proved to be a tough time for sellers. The house was passed in at auction with little interest. At this point, we abandoned hope of selling and looked to wait out the downturn for however long it took. HOWEVER. Nicole was determined, and went to work at an admirable rate, never breaking stride once. Interest in the property gained, and we set Nicole a hopeful but achievable target. Many offers were knocked back, Nicole did not waver. And after not too long a fair deal for us and for the buyer was realised. We have sold around six properties over the past 15 odd years. The previous five were in a favourable market. This time was tougher, however Nicole was up to it. And tough is how I would describe Nicole, in approach and in work rate. If you check sold properties in Burwood area you'll see Nicole has sold the lions share. This does not surprise me, as we were very impressed on how our sale was secured, and also with a fair approach to the buyer. Who is now to benefit from our loved residence while we were in it.
