This was our second time dealing with Nicole as she helped us get into the home we have just sold. Nicole was confident in her ability to secure a strong price for us based on market performance and invited us to an auction around the corner before we made our decision to go ahead. We agreed to go ahead with sale of our home and whilst we didn't sell at auction we found Nicole's communication across the journey very prompt and effective and we ended up selling our place in line with our original range which was a great outcome.
