She accommodated my request for a private inspection at VERY short notice on her day off, and then spent several hours assisting with negotiating with the vendors that evening. She has extensive knowledge of the local area, and this was a huge help to me, in moving from Melbourne. She recommended a very good building inspector and a local solicitor, both of whom have been fantastic. She communicated warmly, readily and at length each time I had further questions.
