From the minute we walked in she was really friendly and provided a ton of information about the house but also the area. As I am relocating from interstate this was invaluable. I ended up asking for a second inspection same day and she went out of her way to come back and meet me. Over the course of the weekend she stayed in touch and by Monday night I had offer and acceptance. Throughout the whole process so far Nicole has been great.
