Nicole was great, we had rented our property through Raine and Horne before selling it, the rental part of r&h is absolutely woeful, uncollected rent, no inspection paperwork, we have not received rental statements for over 2 months. I contacted the principal after many unanswered emails and phone calls, and was told to let the agent do their job, well 2 months on,still owed rent,still no statements, no calls or emails. This review is not a reflection of Nicole, but of R&H
