Nicole’s efficiency impressed me a lot, because she always passed our offer to the owner immediately and told us the feedback quickly. She is very honest and always tell us what’s the owner’s asking price and let us decide whether to increase the offer. I like the way she does the business, and I do not like that the agent just say “hi, the owner want more, could you offer higher?”. As a buyer, I want to get an exact number after my offer. She respected our opinion about a specific house, and always gave me the advice based on the real market conditions if she does not agree with me. As the No 1. Another thing I have to say is that Nicole is the smartest agent I have ever seen. After attending two of her house open, she already knew what we want. Then, she updated me the houses which we may interested in, and never bother us with the houses not suitable us. This means that Nicole always knows who the potential buyer for a house on the market is. There is another thing I would like to mention is Nicole’s conscientious. I want to see a document about building materials of the house after signing the contract and building inspection, which actually may has no influence on the contract. The seller did not have that document, and Nicole helped to call the council and builder and finally got the document within one day.
