Nicole had been very realistic in suggesting possible repairs to increase chances of a sale. She had been very communicative right through the sale. This was very important since I reside in Melbourne and the onset of COVID restricted my travel to Townsville. Nicole is a polite woman and it was a pleasure to deal with her during the sale.
