Nicole was so professional from the first point of contact. I have dealt with many agents over the years having been in dealing with Investment properties for many years. Nicole was a very good communicator and always kept me updated with everything that was happening starting with the repairs, enforcing vacation of an existing problem tenant and everything else leading up to the sale.
