Our recent experience with McGrath and specifically Nicole Prime was nothing less than seamless and professional, and ended with a fabulous result that we could not have been happier with. We were given updates after every inspection, communication was always prompt and concise. I also must mention that the rest of the team Rachael & Josh were equally as fabulous. Thank you so much, overall a good experience.

Nicole is an incredible agent. She sold my apartment after very short and complex campaign, for a price that well exceeded my expectations. Nothing was ever too hard and no stone was left unturned - she remained positive when hurdles arose and unstoppable in her efforts to achieve the best result. I loved her deep market knowledge; warm, honest and direct communication style; ambitious yet realistic approach; and her absolutely unrelenting work ethic. I can’t recommend Nicole highly enough!

We were very pleased with Nicole's knowledge and hardwork in getting a pleasing outcome in the selling process, her experience and overall approach were very commendable. Thanks Nicole.

Nicole is the ultimate professional with great communication skills, a detailed knowledge of the local market, and a warm and positive approach which smooths over any bumps in what can be a quite stressful process. She consistently updated us on progress, and has gone above what we could have expected (as we live interstate) in managing opens and keeping the house in good condition. She comes with our very highest recommendation, and if you get to work with her, you will not be disappointed.

Nicole was fantastic and I really trusted her judgement. She is a great communicator.

Nicole did a fantastic job in selling my unit. Kept me well informed with constant updates, and was able to get a great price even though the market is down. Exceptional market knowledge and went above and beyond in preparing the property for sale, while at the same time keeping costs to a minimum.

We were incredibly impressed with Nicole’s professionalism, local area knowledge and genuine approach. She provided sound advice and achieved a great result for us. We are very grateful for her expertise and hard work.

Nicole and her team have been amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nicole made it so easy for me to sell my property, despite me living interstate at the time. The team organised renovations to my property, advertising, styling, marketing, everything! Nicole, provided lots of updates on the way as to how the campaign was going and buyers were responding. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through the process.

Easy friendly communication. Somewhat difficult negotiation process, but the friendly style made that process easier.

Thanks Nicole for a very streamlined sale. I appreciated all your effort to ensure a timely sale for a fair price. I expect many purchasers and vendors appreciate the complete service you provide.

Nicole was wonderful. Felt like she worked around the clock to get back with any questions and made the whole process so smooth. She provides a very friendly and comfortable feel to a sometimes stressful time. You’re in good hands with Nicole.
