Cannot fault the service and level of communication from Nic. Received regular updates every time there was an inspection at the property and feedback about opens for inspection while Nic was still at the property, closing up after the open! Very rare to receive immediate feedback. Didn't have to wait around for days wondering, not knowing what happened at the open. Nic handled the negotiations with the purchaser very professionally and has a lot of experience in the industry in the local area which really showed during the negotiations. Couldn't ask for any better service. A great result from a fantastic agent!
