I have been dealing with Nicole Tan form Verse Property in our family recent search for a property. Nicole was resourceful and helpful in identifying several properties which we eventually found this Barbican Street East property to be well within our sought-after expectations. She worked relentlessly in our negotiation with the seller to help us reach a price point that we were happy with. Following that she worked hard in making the whole purchasing process so seamless till the settlement was done. Nicol didn’t stop there. She kept in touch with us offering help in our quest to find a builder that would meet our build expectation and budget. She shared some advice on builders and what to look out for since this was the first time we were building a home. I was “wowed” at her dedication to her clients even after the sale was completed. This is the type of attitude that would make me go back to her for future property purchase or selling. I would recommend Nicol Tan to my friends and family as I know she has a passion and dedication working towards total customer satisfaction. Thanks Nicol for everything.
