Second house sold with Nicole in about 3 years.... the fact we are repeating business with her says a lot. We sold a 30= year old house in Burleigh Waters on Gold Coast and was finalised within a week or so. obviously a bit of a sellers market as the place is cooking with sales but.... she did get us a very decent price.. What we did not get was an idiotic commission bill, heartache from poor communication and a lingering distrust or despised hate for Real Estate Agents.... yep she is a polished performer. But if you are selling a place and want to throw $$$ away you do you.... go ahead pay a stupid commission to an Agent that will promote him / herself and then you can endure listening to them rattle on about how you only get a good price when you pay agents top dollars. But if you want a quick sale with realistic price give Nicole a call.

Nicole’s knowledge and feel for the market helped us secure a contract on our home in 3 days, she was genuine in her approach and was great at communicating, always happy to have a call for questions and talked us through the entire process.
