I found the experience of buying from you lacked any passion. If I had a house to sell (to a developer) who was going to build two for sale I would have gone out of my way to show me through the house, (the day it was opened I was working) and could not make it. I bought the house (for the land) sight unseen with the idea of renting it which I mentioned. You never said that it was unlivable and that I should see through it before signing the contract. (Or meet me at the house to sign the contract). On settlement to pick up the keys you said you could drop them off then your plans changed so was unable to do this making no alternative arrangement.. Then I receive a card saying enjoy your new home instead of saying good luck with your ventures. on the new home.. Sorry if you think this is harsh but I deal with clients each day and my attitude is can do. not cannot do...

When I first contacted Nicolle in regards to putting my House on the Market , one of the first questions I asked was how long did she think it would take to sell her reply was 3-4 weeks.
