With over two decades of experience across education, business operations, architecture, and finance, Niesha Tea Brown brings a people-focused and adaptable approach to her work. Her career is defined by a commitment to communication, continuous learning and building strong relationships.
A significant part of Niesha’s journey has been with BROWNS English Language School, where she gained extensive experience in education, student engagement, and international business operations. Working with students from around the world strengthened her cultural awareness and ability to deliver supportive, high-quality experiences.
Niesha has also worked across architecture, family business management and consulting. She studied Architecture and Commerce at Bond University and recently obtained her Class 2 Licence in Real Estate. Niesha's early career in financial services established a strong foundation in professionalism and client service.
She now works as a Sales Associate with Ray White Ulladulla, combining her diverse background with a genuine passion for helping people navigate property decisions with confidence. Niesha recently purchased a clifftop home at Mollymook Beach and has undertaken significant renovations and landscaping, reflecting her hands-on approach and eye for design.
