I listed a tenanted inner-city Toowoomba house at the lower end of the market recently. Nigel gave me a realistic and achievable price suggestion (demonstrated by the final sale price), let me know every time there were inspections and gave feedback after each - usually immediately after. He appeared very available to fit inspections in for potential buyers - there were inspections at various times on different days throughout the period leading to the sale. My tenants (now the new owner's tenants) have told me Nigel was easy to work in with even with the occasional short notice request for a visit. No nonsense, straight dealing and the whole sales process was off my mind for the duration. Will use him again.
