Working with Nigel and team was a breeze. Informative and transparent right throughout the campaign. Provided great advice and guidance with situational scenarios of how everything could play out. Never felt pressured and always felt in control of decisions. Highly recommend!
It was great working with Nigel. The reason we chose him over the competition was his planned and teamwork approach to selling. He understood the market well and we are delighted with the outcome.
Nigel had a great knowledge of the local market and worked hard on our campaign throughout. Nigel is friendly and reliable - would definitely recommend his services.
Nigel was great. We were looking for a quick off market sale and gave him a very short timeframe to find a buyer. He found us a buyer and got us a sale price we were happy with.
We engaged Nigel and his team at Jellis Craig to sell our family home of over 20 years. He was knowledgeable about the neighbourhood and market, and understood our specific requirements. He was professional yet personable regarding the stress of selling a home. He listened to what we wanted during preparing our home for sale. Nigel communicated clearly what the process entailed and timelines. He was transparent during the marketing campaign and gave us advice about options, leaving the final decisions to us. Overall the process went smoothly and ended with a good result.
Nigel and Lewis delivered a fantastic outcome and experience with the sale of our home off-market. Communication is on point and they demonstrate a high level of professionalism, skill and respect. Above all, they were able to achieve an outcome we were happy with in a challenging market.
Persistence & patience with what proved to be a challenging buyer but got us the result in the end.
From the first meeting to the completion of sale, Nigel was most informative, provided very good advice in every area and to us, most importantly, very prompt in his reply to all our queries. His staff were most helpful and professional as well. Nigel’s experience and his sincere & friendly manner has made this sale a breeze and we have no hesitations in recommending him to friends and families
Nigel is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in his field and knows Thornbury very well. He guided us throughout our campaign and achieved amazing results for us - we sold our property in 2 weeks with a price above our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better agent or selling experience. You gave us a great start to the next chapter of our lives. Thank you Nigel and team JC, we are so very grateful!
Nigel has a very strong knowledge of the real estate market in his area. If you’re looking to buy or sell look no further than Nigel Harry and associates at Jellis Craig Northcote. They marketed our house and sold within 7days.
We bought our first property off Nigel 4 years ago and had a really positive relationship as a buyer then, so when it came time to sell that house, Nigel was the only person we could imagine doing so. Nigel’s a true professional, incredible local knowledge, as well as being a really approachable, honest and lovely person to deal with. Nigel did a great job keeping us informed, reassuring us and was a very important factor in the selling of our house. Highly recommend.
Nigel and Lewis are amazing agents. Professional, courteous and take the time to get to know their clients. Nigel explains every aspect of selling your property with such simplicity and clarity. He gives you a real sense of understanding your needs and leaves no stone unturned in preparation for auction day. Nigel & Lewis do not bring the stereotypical “real estate agent showmanship” - They deliver sincerity, commitment and trustworthiness in all their client/agent service and interactions.
