Nigel was fantastic to work with - reliable, communicative, sincere and well-informed regarding the market. This all combined to both contain and reduce the stress of selling - a life-changing experience - plus produce a great result to move forward with. Trustworthy and highly recommended- thank you Nigel.
We were very happy with the strategy and advice offered through the campaign, which secured us a strong result at auction.
We dreaded the thought of selling our home of 26 years. We are natural sceptics and have bought and sold a few properties and assume the very worst about Real Estate Agents. Nigel and his offsider Julian Campagna were the antithesis of this. They were straight shooters from the get go and had an intimate and deep knowledge of property and its marketing in the Northcote area. They gave us clear and accurate advice on the likely Sale Price and facilitated back room processes such as documentation, house presentation advice, marketing, financial transactions that were great value and were provided seamlessly. We would trust these guys again with any property sale and be confident the process would be easy and that we would get the optimum price outcome. Thanks Guys
Nigel's ability to identify, manage and ultimately negotiate with key buyers was pivotal to the very successful outcome of our recent sales campaign.
Thank you for the great service and professionalism you provided through the challenges of selling our family home. You made the difficult seem easy and effortless! Great work! Great result!
Nigel was our main point of contact throughout the process he was very honest and gained our trust immediately upon meeting him. He was always very positive and supportive throughout the process. Nigel understood how important it was for us to have regular open communication about the progress as were living in another state. We would not hesitate to buy or sell with Nigel and Sam - Jellis Craig team again.
Nigel was very patient and professional and ensured we had a smooth transaction
Jellis Craig made the process of selling our house very easy and stress free. They were very professional. They guided us through each step and listened to our needs and were very accommodating. We were very happy with the result. We would recommend Nigel to anyone selling a house.
Jellis Craig (Nigel Harry, Lachlan Goddard and Sam Rigopoulos) were very patient and accommodating in trying to find the right home for us. We saw many homes over several months. We were grateful for the obliging and friendly approach that they used at all times. In addition to finding many properties for us to see, Nigel was very good at making time for us to see properties at very short notice including off-market properties and properties prior to open houses. He always followed up to get our feedback.
