Happy with all aspects of the campaign...chuffed we got house of the week in domain.Probably somewhat disappointed with the final price...hopes were for around the $3.0m range...realize market had softened and lack of a 4th bedroom was an issue.Compliments to Sam on his negotiating skills...$2.8 on the day was my low reserve. Both Andi and the photographer were were very helpful and professional.Very Disappointed in the stylist's efforts...both in the quality of furniture and her supposed taste given she supposedly worked at the top end of the market.I realize I offended her but I found her efforts almost insulting and repeated requests to take back the offending furniture fell on deaf ears.Would be reluctant to recommend using a stylist ...particularly given the cost.Anyway...I would recommend you to anyone...in fact I already have... to any prospective vendors in the area
