Nigel has heaps of local knowledge and understands the various demographics that make up the area. He connects well with clients and has the communication systems that support this - such as the dashpanel and WhatsApp messaging. He helped link me to a stylist and other trades which was very helpful. It was a very busy time of year , so, understandably there was not a great deal of communication however I did have a sense of the level of interest etc. The result was a fair and solid result.
