Calm, professional & knowledgeable!

Because of COVID the sale of our house turned out to be a marathon but Nigel guided us to a very good result. Lockdowns caused continuing delays in prepping the property and the auction date had to be changed several times. Nigel was personable and patient and kept us on track when we became stressed and concerned that the auction was either not going to happen or produce a poor result. His calm manner, professionalism and knowledge of the market were just what we needed. Highly recommended.
