Nigel Jackson

I approached Nigel after hearing great things about him from a family member. Nigel came out to visit on a Sunday with a comprehensive strategy and plan to sell my property, he addressed every question and concern I had perfectly and I signed with him on the spot as my agent. Nigel knew what he was talking about, he had expert knowledge of the area and within weeks of putting my property on the market we were able to get a contract in place in an area where properties can sit on the marketer for some time. I had the tenants from hell residing in my property, they were in arrears constantly and were difficult to work with in every regard, they even refused towards the end to talk to my Property Manager. Nigel was able to work with them along the way and every challange they through and beleive me right up until the final days there were numerous challanges he was able to ensure they vacated the property and ensure that settlement went ahead. Nigel played many roles outside of just an Agent with my property and it's this reason which sets him apart from everyone else. I highly reccomend Nigel for his above and beyond work ethics, amazing attitude & expert knowledge of the property market. Nigel exceeded every expatation I had, without him I strongly beleive I wouldn't have been able to sell my investment property, he was integral.

Upon discussing the possibility of listing our investment property with Nigel, he was aware that the properties on the island where we were selling had been a little hard to move. With this knowledge, he still had no hesitation in taking our property on to sell! Our apartment was a unique proposition in that it was on an island and also a holiday rental. This presented Nigel with a few challenges in coordinating visits with ferry times, not having the apartment occupied by guests and key access via reception - all of which he took in his stride without anything being too much trouble. Given how many times he visited the island and the chunk of time that would have taken out of his day, my wife and I could not have been more impressed with his dedication to trying to get our apartment sold. In hindsight, Nigel may have wished never took us on as clients as after many many nibbles, there was always something with our apartment that stopped a potential buyer moving forward. What we learnt about Nigel was persistence was his strong suit and eventually a buyer that had been circling with many questions over a period of time, was ready to travel a few hours and take a look at our place at the island. Nigel took her over and the next thing we know we're getting a call from him telling us that not only has he got a contract for us, but a contract signed at our asking price! Nigel was realistic & let us know whilst that was a great result, it wasn't quite time to pop the champagne yet. How right he was, as what ensued was 8 weeks of dealing with conveyancing solicitors, the bank, a thorough valuer & ongoing negotiations. All of this was handled by Nigel with the patience, knowledge & advice you would hope to have from your real estate agent but may not always be lucky enough to get. Nigel was literally always just a phone call or text message away for reassurance or guidance. We just cannot rate Nigel highly enough in him getting our property across the line!
