Nigel has an absolutely amazing and positive energy. Initially, my husband and I were very sceptical. We first met when we called him to tell him to “go away” because we had our house on the market for months but it never sold with our previous realtor. Nigel was confident that he could sell our house in short order. We thought it was a typical sales pitch. Funnily enough, from the day we signed up with him, to the day it was sold was only nine days. We even did a google search of him (thinking he was not the real deal) only to find that everyone who had worked with him was impressed. We now know why.
