Nigel was helpful in my journey of buying a home in the early days. I think he could have done better to help first home buyers. There was no electricity during pre settlement inspection. When asked if there was anything we should be aware of. The tenant and Nigel said there were no issues . This was clearly untrue as when we moved in, the bedroom walls were found to have massive hollow patches which appeared to be concealed which was not accessible to the building inspector due to existing furnitures. When asked about the patches on the internal wall, he didnot seem very cooperative. The house was meant to be bond cleaned but cleaning had left a lot of places. For example hairs on the walls, pee stains on the bathroom, dirty sinks.
Nigel sold me my 1st home. It was a Lovley home and great street. Got it at a good price, when the time came to move on.I had every agent at my door to be honest I always said if I sold I would definitely get Nigel. I gave him a call and he came around he was more than helpful. We did 3 open houses and sold at a nice profit. Nigel was so helpful even when I was leaving it was such a struggle.He was wonderful and offered to help me with hiring cleaners to give me a break.
