We contacted 6 independent Agencies specialising in the Kirribilli/Lower North Shore area of Sydney. Almost all of the Agencies came across as more than capable of marketing and selling our Unit. However, its the small things and comments that one identifies as showing attention to the issues that matter when one is looking for the best outcome. In Nigel's case that included suggestions about presentation, the important details of the marketing program and putting those into place promptly. Also ensuring we had the best auctioneer available with a proven track record for the area and providing evidence of that auctioneer's ability with recent videos and inviting us to a similar auction in the area, which we did. The actual daytime and evening opens were run smoothly by Nigel and his assistant Jordan, with immediate progress reports by both phone and follow up emails detailing conversations, pros and cons expressed during the inspections, contracts requested etc. On the day of the auction, Nigel's team was diligent in having all the bidders organised, supported and encouraged. The auctioneer was first class and presented our property in the best light available. Thanks to the complete and detailed efforts of Nigel's team, we achieved an excellent result well above our reserve. To be honest, Nigel's team was not the cheapest quote we got for marketing our property, but "you get what you pay for". Nigel will not tell you this, but further research on my part showed he was in the top 50 most successful Real Estate Agents in Australia for 2017 and the most successful agent in the North Shore area. And besides everything I have stated above, he and his team are really nice people, easy to get on with and very concerned that they are achieving everything they can for you. A pleasure to do business with and would re-appoint him again if the opportunity ever arises.

Nigel was extremely impressive right from the start of our process to the end.
