Nigel got us a sale that was significantly over our reserve and this was due to his diligence at open houses and follow up of prospective buyers. We have since sold another property in a different area to Nigels and I would say that one difference between the other agent and mcGraths was the backup team (Team Nigel) provided to support every step of the sale which was very important for us. Would definately use Nigel's expertise again. Oh and did I mention we found him to be extremely honest. Another rare trait to find these days!
