A Great agent with a great team!

We could not rate Nigel and his team more highly. Nigel was super organised and prepared in all our meetings, putting us at ease and explaining the process and plans for our sales campaign and was honest about price expectations for our unique property. Communication throughout the sales period was perfect, timely and easy. After each open we received reports and insight from those coming through the property and discussed any changes that we should consider. As the principal agent Nigel was fully involved throughout. Nigel's insight of the market and area was great, and his recommendations throughout the process were spot on, and it was great to have such a trusted advisor on our side. Nigel's performance on auction day was flawless, giving us ongoing updates before running an interesting auction, ending in a fantastic result.
