Nigel was extremely impressive right from the start of our process to the end. During what can be a stressful process for a vendor, Nigel kept us calm throughout the process, was very prompt with all of our requests (even weekends/late nights), extremely professional, a hard worker and very knowledgeable about the local market conditions. Ultimately we took Nigel’s advice to go to auction and he achieved a pricing result that well exceeded our expectations despite what is often in the news around the housing market. Nigel Is also well resourced with an excellent support team including Amy who was particularly helpful through the process.
