We were so pleased with the service provided from Nigel in the recent sale of our family home. Nigel was pleasant and clear and upfront with his recommendations around the contract and the home improvements to be made prior to going to market. Nigel spent many hours with us prior to market, in effect project managing the various contractors who came in to do work given our family now live 300km away from Perth. With the family living remotely, Nigel gave us the reassurance of the house presenting as it needed to, not afraid to bring along his own vacuum or to create a number of other finishing touches!

Nigel did what he said he would do. He was easy to deal with and went the extra mile to ensure our place was well presented. He sold our place in the timeframe he said he would for the money he said he would - which was 50 - 100 K E than the other 3 agents that assessed our property.

When I was thinking about selling my villa it was with great hesitation as over the years I saw multiple villas “trying to be sold” in my complex only to be taken off the market because the asking price was not achieved. I interviewed 3 real estate agents and I was very honest with each of them saying that I wanted a particular price for my villa and would be taking my unit off the market if I couldn’t get it. One of the estate agents mentioned that my asking price couldn’t be achieved. When I met with Nigel I was very impressed because he answered all of my questions, gave me his honest opinion and then backed his opinion with believable statistics. He understood that I wanted a certain minimum price for my villa and that I wouldn’t hesitate to take the unit off the market if that couldn’t be achieved. Nigel was always so helpful and always had time for my questions and uncertainties. The result: He achieved my asking price when other villas were being sold at significantly less. This is a phenomenal achievement on Nigel’s part and I can only attest to his experience, skills and knowledge in the real estate market for the area as well as his persistence. In fact, at some point I wanted to give up on the sale of my unit but Nigel gave me all the reassurance to keep going with the listing and I am so glad I did because I got an awesome outcome in the end. For a busy agent Nigel always found time to meet with me (even if it was to drop off a parcel he found at my old house). Nigel found ways to help me save money with the listing while maximising my listing. I’ll be recommending Nigel for all of my family and friends and I look forward to listing with Nigel the next time around.
