Nigel kept me up to date at all times through the process of selling my house. Before it went on sale he suggested a few minor things to attend to in order to obtain the best price which, at the time, I thought a bit picky but soon realised that he was spot on with the final outcome being to my liking. As soon as the house went on the market it sold - 3 days later. Even though it sold so quickly, I must say that Nigel did an outstanding job of finding the right people to look at the house as he knew I didn't want lots of people coming through, especially that it was raining every day. Nigel is very experienced in the Morley area, is very easy to talk to and is very quick to respond to SMS etc. We had lived in the house for 44 years and were suffering from some separation anxiety, as well as being totally professional about the sale Nigel showed himself to be a very caring person. Nigel found us a buyer within two days of the house going on the market and when that buyer had finance problems he found us another buyer also within two days.
