Nik helped the reviewer sell this property

Local real estate support is the best!

Nik helped us to sell our much loved acreage in the local area. He was clear in communication from the outset and once referrals and visit requests were coming in, he kept us informed of potential buyer's views. He clearly understood when people were just 'window shopping' and was able to focus effort on serious enquiries. It did not take long for our property to receive and offer and the process was smooth throughout. I am so pleased that we decided to work with a local real estate agent who also had the benefit of a well-connected business network. I'd recommend Nik to anyone wanting to sell in Creswick and the surrounds.
