He promptly followed on his offer to come and appraise my property, and gave me an accurate appraisal of the current real estate situation and provided me with a practical marketing strategy. His suggestion that I replace the carpets was a good one, and we proceeded to a well advertised Open Home, which was well attended. I have felt very supported by Nik during the whole process and attribute this to his obvious knowledge of the property market, marketing skills and his friendly approach.
