We purchased our property through Jones Ballard and they were the property managers for quite a few years. When we decided to sell Nik was our choice. Nik and his team did an amazing job. Nothing was an effort, all questions answered quickly. The whole process of selling our place was handled with professionalism and honesty. We were very pleased with the outcome and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nik Bec and Karina when selling or buying a property. Thank you.

Nik and Team made the purchasing experience pleasant and easy. They had a very warm and friendly approach, were very resposive and helpful and kept a great communication line between us and the seller. They are experts in their field. We were able to buy and move into the property we wanted in a very short period of time just before Christmas. Even after the purchase, they were willing to anser queries and get information we asked for. We are very happy.

Nik was the sales agent when I bought my Como property in 2017. Due to the pleasant experience, I kept the property with Jones Ballard for property management, which turned out very well in all aspects with multiple tenancies being well handled. When selling the property in 2024, I was keen to stick with Nik, and unsurprisingly Nik, Bec and Karina did a wonderful job in securing a great result, dealing with a vendor that's interstate. Key to it is Nik's very hands-on approach and decades of experience in the areas he covers. I would recommend Nik and Jones Ballard to any prospective vendors and landlords.

It can be a very stressful period when selling a property and it only get one chance at it! Nik from Jones Ballard is simply the best in the business. He has sold a few of our properties now and we would not go anywhere else. Nik & the team Karina & Bec give you 100% to the very end. You will not find a real estate with the entire package that Nik and the Jones Ballard team have to offer.. the complete process of our sale was handled with total professionalism. You will also not find the agent like Nik..he never wavers in his honesty attention to detail and genuine rational advice. Nik is not about selling your property for as much as he can get, he was about guiding us every step through the process with his knowledge of the marketplace in the area, a clear sale process. Nik is completely honest & informative & will not inflate valuations to get a sale..his appraisals are spot on. Nik is approachable on all levels of property marketing and sales well after your property is sold. Thank you Nik Karina and Bec, you are all a fantastic team that we highly recommend to anyone who is buying or selling properties.

Based on the experience we had selling a property, I can’t think of any advice to give Nik Jones at Jones Ballard on how to improve. The attention to detail, the support arranging quality contractors, the proactive communication, the willingness to be flexible and most importantly, the result, all exceeded our expectations. Nik’s experience is also clearly an advantage. Pretty much everything he said would happen - did happen. An extremely professional and trustworthy agent we can’t recommend more highly.

Nik’s results speak for themselves. That’s what first caught my attention, but it was his experience, credibility, and attention to detail that won me over. Nik did a great job project managing what ended up being a mini reno and got a great price as a result. I am really glad I went with Nik.

I have engaged Nik and the team at Jones Ballard to buy, sell and manage a rental property over the last 6 years. Nik has always demonstrated a strong understanding of the market conditions and property types on each occasion. His communication and professionalism on each occasion helped facilitate successful outcomes. I will definitely work with Nik again in the future.

I can't rate the James Ballard team highly enough. They provided me with useful advice, responded to all my questions and needs immediately and effectively dealt with sensitivity to potential buyer's questions. The handling of the advertising, sale and purchase of the property couldn't have been improved.

Nik and his team have now sold three of our homes and Jones Ballard also managed our investment property for many years. We have always received an outstanding service from Nik and his team and highly recommend them. With our most recent sale, we followed Nik’s advice to invest some money, upgrade the property and stage it prior to listing. These works contributed to a very high number of inspections. After only two home opens, we had 18 written offers on the property. Nik’s service went well above our expectations including organising multiple contractors for the upgrade and other works. From start to finish, Nik was professional, proactive, and truly dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for us. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, our property sold for a fantastic price, exceeding our expectations by far. We are incredibly grateful for Nik’s support and guidance throughout the entire process. Highly recommended! Thank you, Nik and team, for making this experience so positive.

Outstanding service and communication throughout the whole selling process. Nik was professional understanding and with great local knowledge of the area. The team all worked well together to get a great outcome and we were extremely happy with the end price.

We have purchased and sold homes through Nik and his team on three separate occasions, and we have also used Jones Ballard as our rental agent for the past 20 years. We have consistently found them to be very professional and personable. Nik does what he promises. He keeps you fully informed and endeavours, and importantly succeeds, in building rapport with clients, always working in their best interests. He knows the market well and we have found his advice reliable, timely and always accurate. We do not hesitate in recommending Nik and the team at Jones Ballard unreservedly, they are a pleasure to deal with.
