Nik and his team were amazing to work with. Nik's knowledge is second to none and he went above and beyond to get us a fair price for the home we were selling. The home was not in the best condition but he still managed to get us a good price. Nik's communication is also excellent - he kept me in the loop every step of the way and also put us onto an excellent mortgage broker and settlement agent who helped us with the sale of this property and the purchase of our new home.
