Dealing with Nik and Aika was easy. They are both highly competent, well connected, and go the extra mile to assist with all aspects of the sale. We engaged Nik as a buyers’ agent for a very specific type of purchase, and would never have been able to make it happen without his connections and ability to bring things together. After the property settled, Nik and Aika continued to assist with dealing with some of the idiosyncrasies of the property, liaising with body corporate, and more.
